We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for Saturdays at Papillon. Last-minute slots do appear — you'll see them on the booking page.

Arrive with clean lashes — no makeup, oils or moisturiser around the eyes — and remove contact lenses if possible.

Typically 2–3 weeks between infills depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare.
